Magento 2 Order by SKU
General Settings
Enable Quick Order
- What it does: Turns the extension's functionality on or off on your store.
- How to use: Select Yes to activate the Quick Order feature so customers can start ordering products using their SKUs, or No to disable it.
Maximum SKU Rows
- What it does: Controls how many product rows a customer can add to their quick order form at a single time.
- How to use: Enter a number (the default is 50) to limit the maximum number of items a user can enter in one batch.
Allowed Customer Groups
- What it does: Restricts who is allowed to use the Quick Order feature based on their customer tier (e.g., General, Wholesale, Retailer).
- How to use: Select the specific customer groups that should have access, or leave it empty to allow all customers.
Show Link in Header (Top Links)
- What it does: Controls the visibility of the quick order navigation link at the very top of your website.
- How to use: Select Yes to display the "Quick Order" link in the header area so shoppers can easily find it from any page.
Show Link in Footer
- What it does: Controls the visibility of the quick order navigation link at the bottom of your website.
- How to use: Select Yes to display the "Quick Order" link in the footer section of your store.
Request for Quote Settings
Enable Request for Quote
- What it does: Turns the Request for Quote functionality on or off for your store.
- How to use: Select Yes to allow customers to request quotes, or No to disable this feature.
Admin Email Address
- What it does: Specifies the email address where notifications for new quote requests will be sent.
- How to use: Enter the administrator's email address to receive alerts whenever a customer submits a new quote request.
Email Sender
- What it does: Defines the store identity or sender persona that appears on emails sent regarding quotes.
- How to use: Select the desired store contact type (e.g., General Contact, Sales Representative) from the dropdown menu.
Admin Notification Email Template
- What it does: Determines the email design and wording used for notifications sent to the admin.
- How to use: Select the preferred email template from the available list for new quote request alerts.
Customer Confirmation Email Template
- What it does: Determines the email design and wording sent to the customer to confirm their quote request has been received.
- How to use: Select the appropriate email template from the dropdown to be sent out automatically to shoppers upon submission.
