Easiest Way to Add WhatsApp Chat Widget to Shopify
Adding a WhatsApp Chat widget to your Shopify store has never been easier. No need for a developer or extra apps—just follow these steps:
- Step 1: Download the meetanshi-shopify-whatsapp-chat.zip file from your “My Orders” section.
- Step 2: Extract the file on your computer and open the meetanshi-whatsapp-chat.txt file in a text editor like Notepad. Copy the code.
- Step 3: Log in to your Shopify admin, navigate to Online Store > Themes, and click the three dots next to the "Customize" button. Choose “Edit Code.”
- Step 4: In the left-hand menu, scroll to the “Sections” tab and click “Add a new section”
- Step 5: Name the section “meetanshi-whatsapp-chat” and click “Done.” Paste the copied code into this new section and “save.”
Once installed, head to Themes > Customize and select "Add a section" to choose the WhatsApp Chat option. You can easily adjust the button settings and styling to fit your store's needs. ????
