Our Magento 2 Google Indexing API extension is an SEO tool that notifies Google to index a new or updated webpage. It makes indexing faster by sending requests and helps you get the needed visibility on search results.
Key Features:
Indexing is an important part of technical SEO, which adds your webpages to Google’s system, making them eligible to be shown on Google Search results.Often, Google may miss indexing some important pages on your Magento store, making you lose the potential organic visibility. You can use Google Indexing API to request the search engine to index specific URLs. This extension helps you exactly do the same – it integrates the Google Indexing API with Magento 2 store so that you can index your important pages.
The extension helps you:
This means, you can maximize the benefits of your on-page SEO with faster indexing.
Google Indexing API is a method to notify the search engine about new, updated, or deleted content on your website. It helps you request Google to prioritize URLs for crawling and to remove deleted pages from its index.
Using Magento 2 Google Indexing extension, you can automate the indexing request submission process with a one-time setup. You can select the type of pages (for e.g. CMS, products) and their attributes for sending automatic indexing requests. Once configured, the extension will send an indexing request to Google when any specific attribute changes.
You can also manually submit pages for indexing. You get the "Request Google Indexing" option for each page in your Magento 2 store, using which you can send an indexing request. Also, there is an option to select multiple pages/products and send multiple indexing requests.
You get an interface to enter multiple URLs or upload a text file containing URLs to submit for indexing.
You can find detailed information about the indexing requests sent or scheduled to be sent to Google, along with status. You can also manually execute the request from the scheduled ones, without waiting for the cron job.
Our extension uses Google Indexing API for your content to get the needed visibility on search results. All you need to do is install the extension and enable it. You will need to upload a Private Key JSON file that you get from Google Search Console to the extension settings.Next, fill in the key details required to set up the complete indexing process, and then the extension is ready to start doing its work.
Note: Google doesn't guarantee indexing by submitting requests via Indexing API.
