A website homepage of any E-commerce store does not only attract the customers and but it also helps to sell the products and services quickly. Most of the consumers are less likely to return to your website after a bad experience. That’s real power of the first impression!
A poorly designed homepage fails to attract the users and generate revenue because the customers are more likely to close your website and would not prefer to make a purchase. If you’re selling the products with the best offers and prices, but the homepage is not capable enough to attract customers by showcasing the best selling products, most viewed products, etc., then everything’s in vein!

Fortunately, default Magento 2 facilitates to display products on homepage in Magento 2. Here, I’m sharing steps to follow to start displaying your best selling or most viewed products.

Steps to Display Products on Homepage  in Magento 2

  1. Login to the Magento 2 admin panel.
  2. Navigate to Content > Elements > Pages.

3. Now find “Home page“. Click Edit button from Select dropdown of Action column.

4. From the Content, select the Insert Widget option.

5. Select Catalog Product List option in Widget Type.

6. Fill the options like Title, Display Page Control, Number of Products to Display etc. Don’t forget to fill all starred option that is required.

  1. Apply the Conditions attribute and select the Category that you want to show on your home page.
  2. Now click on Insert Widget button.

7. Finally, Click Save after following those steps.
