Allow reorders in Magento 2 for customers to quickly reorder the items once purchased.
Customers may want to place a repeat order. Instead of going through the entire order placement process, simply reordering the item or asking the admin to reorder the item can be a quick option.
It improves the customer experience as it saves them from the order process. The customers can place the last ordered item with all the options as it is, add to cart, and place the order.
The admin can enable or disable reorders in Magento 2 as per the business requirement and hence configure customer reorders in the store.
Also, if you don’t want the customers to use the reorder feature, simply disable reorders in Magento 2 store!
Steps to Enable or Disable Reorders in Magento 2:
1. Login to admin panel
2. Go to Stores > Configuration
3. Select Sales under Sales
4. Expand the Reorder section
5. Set yes in the “Allow Reorder” dropdown field to enable, set No to disable the reorder functionality.
6. Save the configuration

That’s it to configure reorders in Magento 2.
