Hence, Magento.com has declared maintenance scheduled this March from 06 – 08, 2020 and the news has been confirmed from official sources.
Magento.com Maintenance Scheduled from March 06 – 08th ’20!
Magento Commerce department has been sending news of maintenance scheduled to the partners and customers for prior arrangements.
From March 06 – 08, 2020, the following services and websites won’t be accessible:
- Magento.com
- My Account Pages
- Help Center and Support Tickets
- Magento U Training & Certification
- Magento Partner Portal
- Magento Marketplace
- Magento Forums
However, partners will be able to access the underway projects from accounts.magento.cloud/user during this period.
Additionally, if you need support for a P1 issue, opt to resolve by filling a Support Ticket, and contact via P1 Hotline: +1-310-945-1310.
It is advisable that any important training sessions, development projects, or deployment that are scheduled during March 06 – 08, 2020 in your Magento store are rescheduled until the official team is done with the maintenance process.
