Today, I\u2019ll explain the method to show gender in customer accounts in Magento 2<\/strong><\/em>. The admin can set this option to either optional, required, or no as per the business requirement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you offer gender-centric products for male and female or offer complimentary gender-based gifts, etc., you may need to configure the option to show gender in the customer accounts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  4. Expand Name and Address Options<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Set \u201cRequired\u201d from the dropdown menu in the \u201cShow Gender<\/strong>\u201d field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Save<\/strong> the configuration<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
